  3. Data processing when visiting the website

    With the mere informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise send us information, we will only collect the personal data, which your browser sends to our server. This is done in order to display the website to you and to ensure the necessary stability and security (the legal basis is Article 6(1)f GDPR) and relates to the following data:

    • date and time of the server enquiry;
    • referrer URL;
    • access status/HTTP status code;
    • respective transferred data volume;
    • website from which the request comes;

    • language and version of the browser software.

    If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (your e-mail address and your first name and surname, additional voluntary information, where applicable) will be stored by us to answer your enquiries. We delete the arising in this context after storage is no longer necessary, or restrict the processing, if statutory retention obligations exist.

  4. Data processing during registration and use of the online shop

    If you register on our website, we request the following data about you via our input mask:

    • Payment information (incl. credit card number, where applicable);

    This data request is required to be able to offer you our service. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)b GDPR; the same applies in connection with the processing of orders via the website. For payment, you can enter your payment details with our payment service provider, who is independently responsible for the payment processing.

    We have commissioned PayOne, PAYONE GmbH, Lyoner Straße 9, 60528 Frankfurt am Main with the processing of payments via our webshop. For this purpose, PayOne requires, among other things, your name and address, account number and bank code or credit card number (including validity period), invoice amount and currency as well as the transaction number.     We have entered into an data processing agreement with PayOne and fully implement the requirements of the applicable data protection regulations when using PayOne. Through PayOne, we offer payment on our website by means of various providers:

    Your data are stored as long as your registration remains valid. Statutory retention obligations, such as due to commercial or tax law requirements, remain unaffected.

    To the extent that we use external service providers to process personal data, these services providers have been carefully selected, commissioned in writing and are bound by our instructions. The service providers will not pass this data on to third parties, but will delete it after fulfilment of the contract and completion of statutory storage periods, unless consent has been given for storage beyond this.

  5. Newsletter

    With your consent, you have the option to subscribe to our newsletter, in which we inform you about the expansion of our range. For the subscription to our newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. After registering, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address that you have indicated, in which we request that you confirm your registration for the newsletter. If there is no confirmation, your data provided in this context and for this purpose will be blocked and automatically deleted.     The only mandatory disclosure for a newsletter subscription is your e-mail address. After your confirmation, we store your e-mail address for sending the newsletter. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)a GDPR. You may revoke your consent for the subscription of the newsletter at any time.

    On our website, we generally only use such cookies and other technologies, which are absolutely necessary – in your and our interest – to move around the website, to use basic functions and to ensure the security of the website. These cookies neither collect information about you for marketing purposes, nor store which web pages you have visited.

In particular, for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential contents, such as your contact enquiries, which you send to us as the website operator, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can identify an encrypted connection by the address bar of the browser switching from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser bar. If the SSL or TSL encryption is activated, the data, which you send to us cannot be read by third parties. We nevertheless point out that data transfer on the Internet (e.g. with communication by e-mail) can be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible in this respect.
